By accepting the Terms & Conditions you agree to
1. sign the Letter of Authority that is generated automatically by our website to be used when submitting your application(s) to the relevant authorities
2. submit all documentation and information as requested as quickly as possible for Menlyn Licensing (Pty) Ltd to execute the transaction expeditiously
By accepting the Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that Menlyn Licensing (Pty) Ltd acts as an intermediary and therefore cannot be held responsible or liable
1. for any changes that the local authorities make in their process, requirements, or procedures to be followed in the execution of any transactions
2. for any changes that the local authorities make to their fee structure
3. for any revocation of permissions granted by the local authorities to Menlyn Licensing (Pty) Ltd to transact on behalf of the public
4. if the transaction cannot be concluded by Menlyn Licensing (Pty) Ltd due to no fault of their own, or due to them not being allowed by the relevant local authority for whatever reason, to conclude the transaction. These can include but is not limited to the following problems that might occur: an ADMIN MARK on your name, OTHER UNLICENSED VEHICLES in your name, an ENFORCEMENT ORDER issued against you or if the vehicle is required to undergo a ROADWORTHY TEST.
5. if any documentation is lost or destroyed by no fault of their own
6. if the amount generated by the online quotation is less than the amount charged by the local authority
By accepting the Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that Menlyn Licensing (Pty) Ltd acts as an intermediary and therefore does not have access to real time information from the Natis system, and that they
1. rely solely on information supplied either by yourself or the employees from the relevant local authority when executing their mandate to transact on your behalf
2. cannot always be 100% accurate in calculating the amount to be paid for the execution of a specific transaction in advance
By accepting the Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that an agreement exists between yourself and Menlyn Licensing (Pty) Ltd for the execution of certain transactions relating to the Registration and Licensing of your vehicle/s, and that you agree to pay all fees related to these transactions, whether known before the transaction was concluded or as it became known after the conclusion of the transaction.
By accepting the Terms & Conditions you agree to the following payment conditions
1. To pay in the difference between the initial payment and the final amount payable, where the final amount is higher than the initial amount
2. To be refunded the difference between the initial payment and the final amount payable, where the final amount is less than the initial amount, by either cash refund, EFT or credit card as per the operational requirements of Menlyn Licensing (Pty) Ltd at the time.
3. To pay all charges levied by any financial institution, switch operator or institution involved in the payment process, on the amount payable to the local authority on your behalf. Typically, but not limited to credit card charges levied by the financial institution or transaction fees charged by the online payment facilitator.
4. To pay the quotation in full before the application is submitted
5. Once the application is submitted there will be no refund of any fees paid in advance and if the final amount payable is higher than the initial payment, you will still be liable for the balance.
